2. Product Use & Safety
Our products are intended for proper household use only. Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions provided with each product.
Candle Safety:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
- Burn on a heat-safe surface.
- Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
- Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.
Cleaning Products:
- For external household use only.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Do not ingest.
4S Candle Co is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Orders are processed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or product availability issues.
4. Shipping
Processing times vary and are posted on the website or product listing.
Once orders are shipped, 4S Candle Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or postal service issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities

7. Local Pickup Policy
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive notification when their order is ready.
Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled without refund unless prior arrangements are made.

Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
9. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale customers are responsible for:

Wholesale orders are final sale unless items arrive damaged.
