Shipping Policy — 4S Candle Co

Thank you for shopping with 4S Candle Co. We are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.


Processing Time
All products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing or website announcements.

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates
We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates may be updated in the future as we transition to carrier-calculated shipping costs.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website when available.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available option.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4S Candle Co is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

4S Candle Co is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Weather delays
  • Delivery issues once tracking shows delivered

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement.


Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.


Local Pickup (If Offered)
If local pickup is selected, you will receive notification when your order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days unless prior arrangements are made.


Warm Weather Shipping Notice
During hot weather months, candles and wax products may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect product performance.

4S Candle Co is not responsible for minor melting caused by shipping temperatures. If you receive a melted item, allow it to return to room temperature before use.
