Thank you for shopping with 4S Candle Co. We take pride in creating handmade products in small batches and want you to love your purchase.

Please review our policy below before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Opened products
  • Scent preference or personal dislike
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

Because candles, wax products, and cleaning products are considered personal-use items, we cannot restock or resell returned merchandise.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right.

To request a replacement or store credit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • Packaging
    • Shipping box

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

We may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund (in rare circumstances at our discretion)

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the issue.


Shipping Issues
Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

4S Candle Co is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked delivered but not received

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim if needed. We will assist when possible.


Warm Weather Disclaimer
During warmer months, candles or wax products may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect performance.

Minor melting is not considered damage and is not eligible for refund. Allow product to return to room temperature before use.


Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once production or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
